Players are not allowed to play in the league until they are registered on a team or on the Sub- List. If you have doubts about any player(s) on the opposing team being registered, take their name and call the volleyball number (466-9772) the next day. If that person is not on the team's roster or not a member of MWRVS in good standings, the team will forfeit those games.

A player can only be registered for one team, but can play/sub for any other team throughout the season.
Players can only play for their teams that they are listed on their team roster.
Players can transfer from one team to another throughout the season, but can only play for their team that they are listed on the roster for.
If players transfer from one team to another, each team is still allowed only eight (8) social tickets. The transferred player must make their own arrangements with the old/new team for their social tickets. MWRVS' responsibility is to provided only eight tickets per team in good standings.
Teams are allowed to transfer players from the Sub-List to their roster any time during the season, and, at the discretion of the Board, transfer a Sub-List player after the transfer deadline.

Winning teams are to take the nets down and put all equipment away. Winners must post scores by 11:00pm. The day after play on the web site at www.mwrvs.ca

By the Saturday following the 3rd week of play all team captains will be sent the new placement and school information. This information will include any cancellations and reschedule dates of play for the round.
