Please provide as much information as possible to help us place you in the correct tier. All tier requests are not guaranteed. MWRVS does not guarantee tier placements to old or new teams. Teams are placed on a relative tier basis due to expansion or contraction of the League. Registration is taken on a first come first serve basis. Incomplete rosters will not be accepted (i.e. missing email, phone numbers, addresses, postal codes, etc.). A registration is complete once the League recieves: Team Roster, Team Fees and Team Performance Bond.

There is no Go Centre Levy or Team Performance Bond for Spring & Summer Leagues.
