Team Registration

Teams must register with a minimum of three men and three women, to a maximum of 12 players. If there is less than 12 players, you will have until December 21st of the current season to add new players. Once you have reached 12 players, you can make player transfers. There is a cost of $10.00/ transfer, which can be mailed to MWRVS. After December 21st your roster will be final, and no additions or transfers will be allowed. Only players listed on your team roster will be allowed to play, and only registered players are allowed to play in the year-end tournament. Every player that registers within the league understands that information may be released within the league or to the City of Edmonton.

Packages will be mailed out to all members at the end of June. We will start taking registration for the upcoming season in July. You can either register online or download a copy of the registration form. The registration deadline is September 14th and is on a First Come First Serve basis and/or until our capacity is filled. If your team does not register prior to the deadline, you will be treated as a new team, regardless of having four returning players. New teams to the league will be placed in a tier as close as possible to where MWRVS think they should go

Team Fees

2010-11 Season

Team fees for the season are $1350.00 (Includes GST), plus a $100.00 performance bond, plus a $100 GO Centre Levy . The performance bond will be returned to the teams once they participate in the Year-End tournament. Eight banquet tickets are included in your team fee. If a team comes 1st or 2nd in the year-end tournament, eight prizes will be awarded to each team. Additional prizes can be purchased from the MWRVS office for teammates, while supplies last.

2011 Spring League

Team fee for the Spring League is $320.00 (Includes GST). Registration deadline for the spring league will be on March 1, 2011. Teams must register with a minimum of 3 men and 3 women, to a maximum of 12 people.

Capacity

Teams that do not get into the league will be put on a waiting list until the General Meeting in the event that teams have dropped out.
